Preparations before Using Electric Concrete Pumps:
Before operating the electric concrete pump, some preparations must be made:
First of all, check the voltage of the electric concrete pump before using it, and check whether the plug is connected to the socket;
Second, connect one end of the high pressure pipeline to the joint of the machine and the other end to the kind of tools you need;
Third, pay attention to whether there is a lock in the fast connector at both ends before using it. Push the fast connector to the bottom and screw the outer nut without relaxing. If the lock is not in place, the oil will not pass through, which will cause the machine fail to operate.
Operating Cautions:
While using the electric concrete pumps, there are some attentions should be paid to:
First, the using condition temperature of electric pump is 20 degrees centigrade;
Second, the temperature should be higher than in the liquid, solid content in accordance with the quality plan, should be no more than 0.01%;
Third, the PH value of liquid is between 6.5 to 8.5;
Fourth, the chloride ion content is no more than 400 mg/L;
Fifth, opening or stopping the electric pump should not be frequent.
